Mother of tlpoague and am interested in seeing what other people are writing. I am the mother of five children and eleven grand children, who keep me entertained with their antics. I love gardening, cooking reading and now writing on hubpages. My daughter tlpoague has been very encouraging and helpful as I publish hubs.

I spent the first two months reading other hubs and keeping up with my daughter's writings. I enjoy writing hubs about my life experiences and homemaking skills.

My husband and I are retired and living in Southern Oregon. I got started writing for HP when my daughter started to harrass me about writing my stories. Now that I have taken the plunge, I am highly addicted. (Just like she said I would be.)  I am even learning how to use my Google and Facebook profiles.
